David Bradbury, President

  In June 2007, David was named President of the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) which is a non-profit technology business incubator in affiliation with the University of Vermont. VCET offers emerging business services statewide from facilities in Burlington and Colchester, Vermont.  
  Since 1998, David has operated Aggregate Capital Partners, LLC which provides entrepreneurs, senior executives and Boards with management consulting, strategic planning, private investment, stakeholder relations and new venture development services. Aggregate Capital Partners serves a diverse clientele of private, non-profit and public organizations ranging in size from startups to over $250 million in revenues.

  David is experienced with early stage venture capital investing, economic development policy, working with entrepreneurs on technology commercialization and business formation, team building, business growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions.  
  From 2003 to 2005, David served as the Executive Director of the Vermont Institute on Government Effectiveness, Inc. which provided Governor Jim Douglas’ administration with independent findings and support to improve state government’s effectiveness for the benefit of all Vermonters.  
  During Governor Howard Dean’s administration, David served in the Vermont Agency of Commerce as Director of Financial Services Development and for four years as the Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development from 1992-1997. Prior to that, he worked for BayBanks Capital Markets Group in Boston from 1988-1992.  
  David holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 1988 and ten years later in 1998 earned a M.B.A. in one-year from Babson College focusing on Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance. He graduated with magna cum laude honors.  
  David serves as a current or former Board Director, Investor or Advisor to several Vermont companies and non-profit organizations including Union Street Media (Internet Services), Vermont Combustion Technologies (Alternative Energy), JSmart Technologies (Mobile Gaming and Social Networking Firm Acquired by SK Group in October 2004), OneMade (E-Commerce Platform Acquired by AOL Time Warner in May 2003), Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Assembly of Overseers (2005-Present), Vermont Tech Enterprise Center (2003-Present), The Vermont Business and Education Partnership (1994-1997), UVM’s Vermont Regional Alumni Board (2007 to Present), and the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts (2001-2005) among others.  
  David resides in Stowe with his wife, Emily Case Bradbury (UVM ’96), and two sons where he enjoys snowboarding, mountain bike polo, technology and sustainable economic development.

Daniel Rosenfeld, Vice President

  In October 2007, Dan joined the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies, Inc. (VCET) as Vice President. Since 2005, Dan has been a management consultant with BearingPoint Inc.'s Business Life Cycle Management (BLCM) group. His work focused on enabling large, multi-national companies to achieve unprecedented levels of profitability through strategic, financial, and operational improvement. Dan has experience in developing and delivering customer life cycle management and product life cycle management solutions.  
  Prior to joining BearingPoint, Inc., Dan was an analyst at Abt Associates Inc.'s Environment consulting group, delivering innovative consulting services and solutions for the most complex environmental management, regulatory, and policy challenges. He conducted rigorous and relevant environmental analysis using state- of-the-art methods to provide Abt Associates Inc.'s clients with effective and timely program and regulatory support, insightful evaluations, innovative survey research, and valuable information management solutions.  
  In 1999 Dan earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Economics, and a minor in Political Science from Middlebury College. In 2006 he earned is M.B.A from Boston College's Carroll School of Management, focusing on Marketing.  
  Dan resides in Burlington with his wife, Mandy Rosenfeld (Middlebury College ?98, Boston College Law School ?02) where he enjoys skiing, cycling, fly fishing, and socially responsible businesses.
