The Vermont Center for Emerging
Technologies (VCET) is a leading-edge technology business incubator.
The Center offers selected early-stage businesses a menu of traditional
incubator services such as furnished office and laboratory space,
business consultation, shared office equipment, administrative support,
business education and workshops. |

The Center has a unique mandate in
the state to accelerate the commercialization of new technologies,
diversify our state economy, and create jobs and entrepreneurial wealth
by promoting the launch of viable new businesses.
Incubator companies have access to a full menu of customized business
and technical assistance geared toward the special needs of each individual
firm. The Center gives emerging technology companies the opportunity
to accelerate their growth through partnerships, joint ventures and
other collaborations.
Resident and affiliated companies receive added value through VCET’s
association with the University of Vermont,
and other educational institutions. The role of the Center is twofold: |
